Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, please email us at lunariasolpr@gmail.com and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

Claims submitted after the 72‑hour window cannot be accepted.
